We will make every attempt on your day to make your collection-- we will not proceed where it will take a tow truck to get us out We know this is a huge inconvenience- and stock piling trash until the next week is not ideal-- but is the avenue we must take-- If your road or drive is not clear-- we can not block roads-- tow bands typically are in place-- which means we're blocking roads that need to be plowed. Safety for your employees all must be a consideration.
